As loyal customers to Campus Mobile Solutions, you deserve reliable repairs and services that you can depend on and cost-effective options to help you save. Please take a moment to read our warranties’ terms and conditions.

We offer a limited 90-day warranty on all of our OEM Grade (OG) parts and labor associated with our phone and tablet repairs and a 7 days warranty for all of our Premium Value (PV) parts. The limited warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original customer and is non-transferable. The limited warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by Campus Mobile Solutions as well as the workmanship associated with the repair, it does not cover supplemental and/or subsequent damage.

Computer repair warranties are valid for up to 90 days depending on the type of repair and the part supplier warranty terms.

Please note that any device functionality that could not be tested prior to performing any repair on your device will not be covered under any warranty.

Warranty will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • If your device has existing water damage
  • If we do not use our own supplied part(s) to perform the repair
  • At times we will have to use third-party part(s), if that’s the case, we can only provide you with the third-party’s warranty
  • Any motherboard re-flows and/or soldered components

The warranty will be voided once:

  • Liquid damage and subsequent physical damage, which includes, but not up to, wear and tear, scratches, or any breaks which occur after a completed repair
  • A device under our warranty has been repaired, inspected, or opened by any other repair service
  • Any components were misused after a completed repair

This warranty is limited to the repair that was performed by Campus Mobile Solutions and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the repair.
Campus Mobile Solutions reserves the right to deny warranty repairs that are not proven to be substantially inadequate at our discretion.


For any product that is not covered by a manufacturer warranty, Campus Mobile Solutions offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser that products sold by us shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of 30 days.
Campus Mobile Solutions sole obligation under its warranty shall be to repair, replace, or refund the price of any product that is proved to be covered under such a warranty. This limited warranty shall not apply to any product or component thereof which has been repaired, tampered with, or altered by anyone or to any product or component thereof that has been subject to alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

For products that do include a manufacturer warranty, please seek the appropriate warranty information on the manufacturers’ website for the aforementioned product. We will do our best to help you in contacting the company if needed, however, we cannot replace or cover their product under warranty unless they give us explicit permission to do so.

Since we do understand that accidents happen and we appreciate you for choosing us as your source for mobile accessories, if a warranty or replacement cannot be given, we will provide you with a substantial discount when purchasing an alternative item.


As time goes by and technologies change, we may revise these terms. You should check the terms regularly for updates. You can determine when the terms were last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” legend at the bottom of this page. Any changes in the terms take effect upon posting and will apply to all repaired items.
